Rosa L. Smith-Hill has exquisitely found a gift in turning pain into prosperity. Born and raised in New Britain, CT. She aspires to bring about this change in the lives of everyone she encounters. Rosa is the creator and CEO of Reality Outreach Inc., the founder and Pastor of Realities of Christ Worship Center. Rosa also sponsors clothing, and toiletry drives for the homeless, toys for tots, spa days for young girls and charity flag football games. Each year she coordinates and successfully produces Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for the homeless as well as many movie and gift nights for residents within her community.

Rosa is known for her compassion and relentless fight for equality. She extends much of her time volunteering at various organizations (Ruby’s Realm, Heart Journey, Feed the Need, Hope House). Rosa’s kind heart and, generous nature and sincere live for people has defined her as a leader within the community and her instinctual gift for conflict resolution will forever be appreciated. From adversity to activist, Rosa, strives daily to become the best version of herself and encourages others to take that approach.
