With expertly trained specialists, we provide a sanctuary for men, women and families to heal, grow, and flourish. As a community-driven, culturally sensitive, trauma/crisis- informed organization, we address the intricacies of trauma, homelessness, incarceration, mental health, and substance abuse. Our services aim to inspire and transform families and individuals, unlocking their full potential and fostering resilience.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to motivate men and women in recovery with the encouragement and guidance they need to build thriving, productive families and communities. We assist individuals in despair in the following capacity. To leverage their life experiences, to provide peer support and motivation. Enable men and women with the necessary skills they need to make positive changes within their lives and relationships. Provide resources and referrals to agencies in our community and surrounding towns that can assist in transition in the recovery process. Teaching and providing participants the techniques they will need to advocate for themselves through perseverance.

Our Founder

Dr. Rosa L. Smith-Hill's life is a testament to the human spirit's capacity for transformation. A native of New Britain, Connecticut, she has channeled her personal experience into a mission to turn pain into positive change. Having overcome childhood traumas, Dr. Rosa Smith-Hill now dedicates her life to inspiring others to overcome their own struggles. As a visionary CEO of Reality Outreach Inc, she embodies compassion, generosity, and love for humanity. Her exceptional conflict resolution skills have earned her a reputation as a respected community leader. Through her determination, Dr. Smith-Hill has transformed her life from adversity to activism, inspiring others who have faced trauma to embrace acceptance and love as pathways to healing. She has guided countless individuals out of darkness, empowering them to become beacons of hope.
